Local mental health services around the world can provide advice and support in various forms. If you live in Sussex, the Sussex Mental Healthline 0300 5000 101 offers support and advice for people in urgent need of help with their mental health. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can call for advice about your own mental health or for advice about supporting someone else.
